We begin with gentle movements to work out the stiffness and transition to fun flows and breathwork that will give you a well-rounded practice, making your body feel great.
For this chair yoga practice, you will need a chair without arms, a yoga strap, and one block. You may also like to have a yoga mat under your chair, and a blanket or bolster as well. You should be able to stand with minimal assistance.
